I've decided to share the un-merged PSD file. This way the beginner can figure out how I go about cellshading and possibly learn something from it. Since it was a quick paint job, their's rno fancy trick used but very basic method. (better than nothing eh?)

The only thing I did was merging color layers and resizing to 20% of original but everything else is un-edited. So you can even see how bad the original scan looks and how much photoshop take care of the rest. ^-^;

BTW I kept her arms down and fans probably know why.
